We are not going to attempt to explain this or make any clever remarks. Quite simply, this sign is nowhere near an ocean or river, it is in fact pointing to the entrance of St Edward’s Hospital in Durban. Please sound off on the comment boards as to what it might mean, because we’re stumped.

It is supposed to indicate wheel chair accessible fishing areas.
Kent – Yes, but surely for that you would need an ocean or a river somewhere in the vicinity of the direction the arrow is pointing.
