KAK. Something is rotten in the state of Springbok rugby. Pieter De Villiers tenure as coach has been defined by racism. From the very moment he was appointed and it was declared that it was not “purely” a rugby decision. I mean talk about damning the guy from the get go. His mouth, it would seem, has done the rest. The biggest problem with P.Divvy is that no one can actually tell how good he is as a coach. Because every time he opens his mouth he produces a nonsensical soundbite that ignites the polarised racial debate surrounding him. He’s coaching he most capped and experienced Springbok team ever. And yet it would seem that they’re playing without a game plan. The whole situation is KAK. And the World Cup is exactly one year away. Prepare ye for the wooden spoon, rugby fans.

You are right, he inherited a great team. The fact that he refuses to employ an assistant coach to handle the defensive aspect is worrying.
And what’s all this talk about Jakalas White getting back in on the action? I’d be weary of taking the reigns again if I were him. Sport fans are fickle.

Interesting how you all seem to know what will be best for the Springboks, which coach they should have, how they should play etc etc but I can’t imagine either one of you have ever played, coached or even been involved in professional rugby.
