Your symbol. Your Statement. Your Identity. Tattoos give people an opportunity to externalise the beauty inside of them. To become a walking work of art.
Get your head-set right for the 6th annual Cape Tattoo Expo this month and the free art exhibit, Ride The Lightening this Saturday, in Short Market Street. Showing off some of the best local and international tattoo artists and illustrators’ work, the The House of Machines is hosting a display of custom tattoo artwork on helmets from sprayed on designs to 3D laser cuts in wooden headgear.
Whether you are inking for the needle and take the plunge or not, this is a FREE, must see demonstration of some of the best artists on the scene. Farryl Purkiss and DJ Rael will be putting up some musical offerings to accompany the art too. Check it out.
