Sketching Synergy

by Hugh Upsher / 07.12.2012

Arriving at Synergy with gale force winds and the ceremonial pouring out of the glass hard tack bottles, things could be better. The security was vague, the Main Stage started an hour and a half late and the layout was borderline idiotic. But none of this mattered at all. As long as you have booze in your juice bottle and the performances are solid you got nothing to complain about. This is why I resisted drawing an orifice tornado attacking a toilet cubicle (use your imagination). Honourable mentions go out to Jack Parow, Al Bairre, Van Coke Cartel, Dead Alphabet and Desmond and the Tutus for being extra great on the night.
